Undertow

Saltline's strand is about water, not wildlife, and the brief was to prove it. Six pieces, all shot below the surface on one trip, all cut so the mark arrives on a breath rather than a beat. The type is weightless: it drifts up out of frame the way the bubbles do and never lands. We wrote the whole package to be recut from the same forty minutes of footage, which is what happened in year two.
