Atria's choreographer gave us the solo six weeks before the shoot, so we could time the sequence to it rather than the other way around. Every frame here is a two second exposure of the same dancer running the same eight bars, shot twelve times. The names are set in the trail she leaves, which means each card is only legible for as long as she holds the position.
